What you'll be doing

A sales representative position is responsible for selling product for transactions solutions to address clients specific business needs and differentiate us from the competition. You will work closely with customer line of business executives, IT executives and the companies sales teams to position the compelling value of product solutions. Further responsibilities are sales of product for transactions solutions, to client business units and IT organizations promote compelling product brand capabilities, verses competition, to deliver a superior solution that address customers specific business needs. Understanding the clients business, business issues and how product can make them more competitive and efficient. Developing the sales process through delivering LOB and IT executive presentations. Understanding and evangelizing product for app and data and how it ties in with companies product family of offerings. Ability to work with companies client teams and SWG sellers to create industry specific value propositions. Creating pipeline, sales progression, and accurate forecasting.

What your background should be

A qualified applicant must have a demonstrated track record working with customers in developing and closing high value software transactions. Knowledge of competitive offerings in the expert integrated systems marketplace. Experience with product is a plus. Communication and leadership skills. executive selling skills. Ability to work and team with the companies extended client and software sellers is critical in this role. This position will cover federal DoD/intelligence and civilian agencies. It is highly preferred that candidates reside in the Washington DC (metro area). At least 3 years experience in software sales. Readiness to travel 50% travel annually. English: fluent. Preferred at least 2 years experience in software sales experience with line of business (LOB) and IT executives
