What you'll be doing
- Answer calls and document interactions. Interact with prospects to qualify needs. Explain company services and match to identified needs. Close sales and schedule initial services. Make outbound calls to cross-sell customers. Maintain accurate and complete records of sales activities. Develop accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features. Follow up with new customers to ensure satisfaction. Maintain and improve quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures. Participate in occasional off-site sales and marketing events. Provide back-up for customer service team. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
What your background should be
- 1+ years experience in residential or consumer sales. Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills. Have the ability to listen and assess customer needs. Be comfortable speaking on the phone. Demonstrate sales knowledge and skills.
