What you'll be doing
- Directs the daily operations of a restaurant, through effective sales forecasting, labor scheduling, food ordering, and developing the restaurant team. Ensures that the highest quality products and customer satisfaction is delivered. Ensures compliance with company and franchisor standards in all areas of operations including product preparation and delivery to the customer. Recruits, interviews, hires, trains and develops hourly team members and shift supervisors. Controls profit and loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate corrective actions. Ensures OSHA, local health and safety codes and company safety and security policies are met. Coordinates any necessary maintenance and repair of the restaurant facility. Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs. Champions motivation and recognition efforts within their restaurant.
What your background should be
- 1 year supervisory experience in a quick service restaurant or other hospitality industry. Valid driving license and reliable transportation. Completion of background check and drug test. Good communication and strong interpersonal conflict skills. Basic business math and accounting skills.

- High school diploma
