What you'll be doing
- Utilize trust accounting system to execute securities trades by transferring cash (internal and external), maintaining accounting records; preparing internal debits and credits. Review accounts daily and monitor market trends to obtain the best market price for investment trades. Perform cash management trades. Serve as a liaison between clients, trust administrators, bank personnel etc. Foster positive customer/client relations. Utilize pc to perform a wide range of duties including, but not limited to, drafting correspondence for signature, preparing proposals, legal documents, reports and data tables from general instructions etc. Prepare reports on performance measurement, major security transactions, brokerage commissions etc. Assist administrators and officers by conducting preliminary, limited review of legal documents. Conduct routine account reviews. Provide support for trust administrators and trust officers by screening visitors and telephone calls, sorting and delivering mail, maintaining supplies, scheduling appointments, maintaining appointment calendars for managers. Coordinate all travel arrangements and prepare business itinerary. Establish and maintain record keeping and filing systems for department. Prepare business/client presentations, correspondence etc. Participate in the technical training and mentoring of new and current team members. Perform other related duties and projects of a complex nature as assigned.

- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
