What you'll be doing

General Manager will supervise the operations of the drive-in. The person will also be expected for training and supporting the drive-in workers to ensure that the company provides quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience at the organization. It is the responsibility of the General Manager to supervise and assign drive-in employees as required to ensure all aspects of service fulfill operational standards. The position holder will Prepare all necessary operational reports and develop appropriate action plans to troubleshoot unfavorable financial and/or sales trends.

What your background should be

2 years of restaurant management experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma

Who is the client company

Deals with some classic fast food items, such as hamburgers, and French fries as well as other "carnival-like" fare such as onion rings, corndogs, and chili hotdogs.
