- New Home Sales Consultant will be responsible for establishing a positive client experience by setting accurate expectations and educating customers on the home building/buying process. It is the duty of the successful candidate to coordinate contract completion for timely start of new homes, and to manage multiple priorities effectively. She/he will interact with potential customers to assess building needs and requirements. New Home Sales Consultant will ensure an excellent building and buying experience for customers. Moreover, the person will anticipate and resolve any questions regarding the homebuilding process.
What your background should be
- 5 years of sales experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Associate's degree
