What you'll be doing

Staff Technical Writer will be accountable for the creation and maintenance of a wide variety of documentation involving conceptual overviews, developer guides, detailed SDK/API documentation, and sample apps. The person will also write or test commands or code samples, and assist assess and address customer feedback about the company documentation and services. The ideal candidate will organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology. In addition, she/he will edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers or establishment personnel.

What your background should be

3+ years of experience

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree in technical writing/English

Who is the client company

Develops financial and tax preparation software and related services for small businesses, accountants and individuals.
