What you'll be doing

Assist the grocery sales manager in providing quality customer service to company customers through the grocery department and making sure policies, standards, and security measures are followed for all departments. Courteous and helpful to customers; engage and interact with customers to create a positive shopping experience. Stock product in accordance with company safety standards. Maintain standard practice stocking guidelines. Ensure that department is conditioned according to standard practice guidelines. Continually review current standard practices to ensure proper standard practice execution. Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and standard practices. This description is intended to outline the primary responsibilities, general nature and level of work being performed by associate assigned to this position.
