- One to three months related experience is required. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on one and group situations to clients, and other team members of the organization. Ability to communicate needs or concerns to his/her supervisor. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standard situations. Ability to work well with others. Possess very good customer service skills and good judgment.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
