What you'll be doing

The Executive Director will serve as the community leader and is expected for the financial, human resource and operations management of the community. The objective of the Executive Director is to ensure a warm, compassionate and secure atmosphere encouraging independence and activity for all residents while establishing a profitable operation. It is the role of the right candidate to identify, assess, and inform the Board of Directors of internal and external issues that affect the organization. She/he will oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the organization.
