What you'll be doing

This position will primarily focus as a commodity leader for instrumentation for the process technology & equipment and gas processing & hydrogen projects. This position will obtain supplier qualifications, develop sourcing for the Instrumentation commodity, execute contracts, perform transactions in SAP, participate in a team environment within procurement as well as in the project teams. Candidate needs to manage the sourcing and contracting of Instrumentation, including valves, analyzers, transmitters, electrical components, etc. Negotiates commercial pay terms and delivery schedules with suppliers and insures compliance with company terms and conditions. Execute non-disclosure and term and condition agreements with suppliers. Candidate should assist commodity leaders in supplier performance reviews and commodity leaders and others in the administration, implementation, compliance, and enforcement of global commodity and contracting strategies. Interfaces with business functions to insure that site/function requirements are addressed and that services expectations are met.

What your background should be

An oregon teaching license/certificate to teach deaf/hard of hearing students or the ability to obtain appropriate oregon teaching licensure/certification by time of appointment. At the school, staff having significant contact with students must possess effective american ssign language (ASL) skills. All staff at school must possess some level of ASL skill in order to make school a communication-accessible environment. Staff are expected to sign at all times when deaf students or staff are present or in the vicinity, regardless of whether directly involved in the conversation. This includes the campus grounds as well as inside buildings. The expected level for a teacher is 3. The minimum at hire is 2, with the required level within 1 year of hire 3. Able to satisfy routine social demands, travel needs and everyday conversational work requirements. Able to sign ASL with sufficient structural accuracy and vocabulary to participate effectively in most formal and informal conversations on practical, social and professional topics; able to conduct work in ASL.
