Sr. Salesforce Analyst

What you'll be doing: Facilitate, gather, define and document complex business and reporting requirements and processes. Understand and communicate how system changes impact current business users and manage expectations accordingly. Support new technology implementations from solution research through actual usage. Interact with senior management, influence decisions on strategies, and negotiates and manages conflict to support change management. Drive user acceptance and adoption of technology across distribution and related departments. Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to define project requirements, update teams about the progress of projects and resolve any issues that may arise. Effectively communicate project information to business stakeholders and management. Train and support business users during new system implementations and upgrades. Assist in the creation and validation of new business and operational processes and procedures as needed. Partner with technology teams to ensure accurate interpretation and representation of business requirements as technology design occurs.

What your background should be: 5 years experience with asset management, mutual fund, or other related organizations required. 3 years background in working with sales and marketing departments required. 2 years direct experience with a salesforce.com implementation highly preferred. Ability to champion and drive change with successful results across business units. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Can deliver messaging and drive user behavior in person and through multiple media just as effectively. Ability to create, build, and maintain positive working relationships at all levels. Ability to negotiate with project resources that are working on many different projects at once and motivate decisions, overcome challenges and create team synergies.
