What you'll be doing

Responsible for performance appraisals, salary adjustments and day-to-day personnel issues for salaried and hourly personnel. Ensure employee training and certifications are current. Provide a safe work environment and take immediate action to address any unsafe conditions. Implement and enforce importance of FOD, general housekeeping, and 6S standards. Ensure represented employee comply with defined core and program specific processes and procedures. Will interface on a daily basis with support organizations to ensure program requirements are being met. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

The candidate should have 5 years of significant aircraft or component systems checkout and troubleshooting experience. Working knowledge of crew plans and forecasting manpower requirements. Must have an interim secret to start and the ability to obtain a secret clearance. Foster a positive team environment with all personnel. Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to manage all aspects of physiological support equipment ensuring all Air Force SAV inspections are passed.
