What you'll be doing

Maintain branch finance and expense management information, including automated flexible grid (AFG), business development allowance (BDA), and P&L. Coordinate the pre-hire due diligence process for recruits. Implement the onboarding and orientation of staff, financial advisors, and recruits, including sales force website usage. Serve as the branch contact for financial advisor and Support Staff compensation arrangements and issues. Act as a resource and liaison for branch communications and technology support. Provide administrative functionality for HR. Serve as the building and facilities management point of contact and EMCOR liaison. Coordinate staff and financial advisor registration and licensing. Assist in the administration of the branch business continuity plan (BCP). Plan/coordinate branch and client events, seminars, meetings, etc. Perform administrative functions including, but not limited to, branch manager telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, file maintenance, branch report preparation, and calendar maintenance.

What your background should be

2+ Years of related experience required. Series 7 preferred. Highly effective time management and communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple competing demands. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction. Extensive knowledge of branch procedures. Proficient in Microsoft office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
