What you'll be doing

Reviews order for accuracy to ensure quality control. Confirms new or current addresses for serviceability prior to order entry. Accurately and promptly keys orders into the biller and updates pertinent information. Applies appropriate stages, statuses, and comments to all service requests/opportunities throughout the life of the order when applicable. Prioritizes work in accordance with intervals. Ensures performance meets operational metrics and contractual obligations. Verifies order entry input for accuracy prior to submission and makes corrections/adjustments as appropriate including calculation of discounts, percentages, tax, and other ratios. Coordinates escalations with leads, provisioning, service delivery, construction, operations, project management, and other related groups as required in the activation of services and installation of equipment. Maintains thorough knowledge and understanding of all business products and pricing models in a growing innovative product mix environment.

What your background should be

Minimum of 1 year of telecom/cable industry knowledge. Ability to identify internet/HSD equipment such as routers, modems, firewalls, converter boxes, etc. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to take initiative and handle various tasks simultaneously while working efficiently, effectively, and independently under minimal supervision. Working knowledge of Microsoft word and excel. Ability to analyze and solve problems in a constantly changing work environment. Ability to perform root-cause analysis and gap closure.
