What you'll be doing

A customer service representative will be responsible for handling phone based and customer facing responsibilities. Phone based duties will primarily entail incoming and outgoing calls, various call campaigns, and reception calls. Provide quality customer service. Maintain understanding of company products, services, training opportunities, license and purchase terms. Meet performance objectives in quality assurance and customer satisfaction surveys. Provide timely follow up on outstanding client issues. Effectively communicate problem information for assistance in resolving client issues. Display an understanding of the department operating environment and available resources. Perform the service reception role by transferring calls and routing faxes throughout the company.

What your background should be

The applicant should have two or more years of prior experience in a related field. Call handling soft skills. Troubleshooting skills. Research and problem solving skills. Ability to self-manage and work as a contributing member of a call center team. Ability to stay motivated in a fast paced, high pressure environment. Ability to quickly learn and master complex information. Demonstrated service attitude and desire to help people.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
