What you'll be doing

Assist business partners with implementation of hardware/software applications. Define, analyze, clarify, interpret, and translate detailed business requirements. Coordinate and execute the development of test cases and analysis of results. Plan, develop, coordinate, and deliver training to appropriate users. Understand the business processes and needs of customers. Analyze and resolve problems through use of automated reporting tools. Maintain system applications and tables to meet business partner needs and legal requirements. Research, evaluate, recommend, and document new products, processes, workflows and procedures to provide technical and business solutions for business partners. Facilitate the implementation and ongoing consistent application of EOM principles. Support focus on continuous improvement across the department. Participate in the development, maintenance, and consistent application of standard processes across HR. Participate in process improvement/process redesign projects.

What your background should be

Technical/functional expertise (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Process Mapping, Root cause analysis) preferred. Ability to communicate findings effectively preferred. PeopleSoft data entry experienced desired. Knowledge of computer operations, keyboard skills. Customer service and problem resolution skills. Familiarity with process improvement techniques and methodologies (e.g., Lean Six-Sigma). Broad understanding of HR and analytical thinking.
