What you'll be doing

Establish program level coordination for related projects to ensure consistent practices, coordination of WSR functions involved in deal. Monitor new business deals, portfolio of projects and corresponding milestones and resource demands to identify potential actions. Work with functional lines and WSR leadership to review project portfolio, prioritize projects. Work closely with business development, legal, other groups, and WSR functional. Line to ensure proper level of information flow on business deals as pertinent to WSR. Assist in brokering proper engagement between WSR and BD and other partners to allow for successful execution of business deals. Proactively surfaces and/or escalates potential deal/ WSR issues with go-forward recommendations to sponsors and WSR leaders. Ensure effective change management processes are in place to ensure smooth implementation and transition of business changes. Develop and sustain constructive partnerships between business development, WSR, legal, and technical groups to ensure success of projects. Ensure effective, accurate, and timely communication across lines and projects; prepare and deliver regular updates on deal status, both in written and presentation format, to partners, WSR leaders, and stakeholder groups.

What your background should be

The applicant should have 6 to 8 years of experience in drug development with understanding of pharmacovigilance and regulatory submissions activities. Several years of supporting business change or information management initiatives plus a record of successful project leadership and customer relationship skills and capabilities is a plus. Knowledge of FDA and ICH regulations and computer validation principles. Effective verbal and written communication skills in relating to colleagues and associates both inside and outside the organization plus established history of building collaborations and partnerships is required. Demonstrated ability to perform in a team matrix environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Project management experience. Excellent analytical skills; excellent communications skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in science or information technology discipline is a plus. Master degree is preferred.
