Sales Manager

What you'll be doing: The sales manager is responsible to providing new retail wireless consultants consistent, top-notch sales training using the five step sales process. Mentoring and training team members to sales success through observation, coaching, and counselling. Providing strong leadership, motivational and analytical skills, leading a team by example and setting a high level of personal and professional conduct. Maintaining supervision of sales associates, actively involved in hiring and accountability of associates. Providing superior customer service and meeting expected company goals and expectations. Handling escalated customer situations and making equitable decisions for the customer and the company. Be in alignment with company and branch-office core values and expectations. Soliciting, coordinating, scheduling, and participating in community events. Pro-actively developing personal leadership behaviors by seeking out additional training and development. S/he is responsible for maintaining good employer/employee communication; reconciling daily sales reports, scheduling sales associates. Performing other duties as assigned by company leadership.

What your background should be: The ideal candidate with minimum 1 year of retail sales and management experience is required. S/he should have strong leadership, motivational and analytical skills; leading a team by example. S/he should have to encourage a positive team environment. This position should have proven organizational leadership skills; able to prioritize multiple projects. Incumbent should have direct experience working in an environment that has continuous change. Applicant should have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required Schooling / Training: Minimum 2 years of associate degree is preferred.
