What you'll be doing

The store assistant manager is responsible to support the store team in driving sales. The candidate will consistently focus on achieving store objectives through execution, coaching, and team accountability. This position will report all details to the general manager. The incumbent will be dedicated to exceeding expectations of internal and external customers, and counted on to motivate others to exceed goals successfully. The applicant will prioritize work with general manager and guide team to focus on deliverables. This position will ensure standards and processes that consistently maintained at all times. S/he will manage labor effectively to maximize productivity and achieve targets, and hold team and self-accountable for company standards of performance and behaviors. The candidate will participate in the attraction, selection, and on boarding of brand ambassadors.

What your background should be

The candidate with 1+ year of retail supervisory experience or prior equivalent experience preferred. The applicant should have the ability to develop and train others, ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. S/he should have to motivate and inspire team members. The incumbent should have demonstrated time management and organizational skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, strong focus on customer service and selling skills, and passion for driving the customer store experience.
