What you'll be doing

The client company is seeking an experienced computer support/technician. This successful position is responsible for help desk support of all employees in office and remotely; working with many departments to ensure seamless connection to network; training and troubleshooting issues for all employees; administrative duties; configuring and installing computer programs and other equipment as requested; maintaining tracking system of all help desk requests. The applicant will be responsible for other duties as assigned by the manager.

What your background should be

The candidate with 6+ years of training or equivalent experience in computer support is required. A qualified candidate should possess ability to work independently, extensive software experience with Microsoft computers and programs. Candidate must be willing to do minimal travel and bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is a plus. Pre-screen drug test and background required.
