What you'll be doing

Sales consultant is in charge of handling the sale or lease of a wide range of products and services directly to consumers, and of answering requests for information from customers. She/he is at the service of the customer: before the sale, to advise; during the sale, to explain the terms; or after the sale, in the event of claims or returns. The person will also draw up sales contracts, prepare merchandise and help in setting up displays. The position holder will build customer loyalty, prepare merchandise for sale, and assist in the display of merchandise. It is the role of the Sales Consultant to provide the best customer service possible.

1 year of retail sales experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma
