What you'll be doing

This role will be part of a small team responsible for the launch of a supply chain finance program tied to discovers partnership. The team will develop all aspects of the product launch strategy, including to product definition, pricing, underwriting strategies, operational processes, technology/vendor needs, etc. The team will be responsible for seeking required committee approvals to proceed. Upon approval, this group will lead various cross-functional efforts to launch the supply chain finance program under an expedited timeline. Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes. More specifically, this role will serve as the primary project manager pertaining to operational processes, technology development, and vendor management. What your background should be

4-8 years of financial services experience, commercial lending experience is a plus. Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with an end-goal in mind, but limited direction regarding the interim steps. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate solutions to complex topics to various levels within the organization.
