What you'll be doing
- The hiring company is currently seeking for a production supervisor to cover a long-term medical leave. A qualified candidate for this position is responsible to ensure workers are adhering to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. The incumbent will inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications. The applicant will monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity. This position will troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products. The incumbent will test products or subassemblies for functionality or quality.
What your background should be
- A qualified candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience as a supervisor. Should have experience as previous supervisor, production supervisor, group leader, or lead. S/he should have organizational skills and bagging operations skills. The incumbent should have to work in union environment.
