What you'll be doing
- The client is looking on site program manager for a key staffing partnership. The program manager will be responsible for coordinating the operational aspects of the client account, ensuring client satisfaction, program success and overall profitability. Perform meeting with client managers on a regular basis to monitor quality, assess upcoming needs, current service level, new or changing issues in the department, staffing opportunities, etc. The applicant will be responsible for implementing creative solutions to meet customer challenges, increase margins or business mix and improve retention. Assist in the creation of business development strategy for designated accounts. Proactively work with client managers in identifying and continually updating in writing, information from the client on specific policies and procedures that will impact the success of the program. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- The candidate should have some staffing industry or similar experience. Strong oral and written presentation skills are preferred. Demonstrated leadership and management ability; also exceptional ability to problem solve, strategies and influence are preferable.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree is highly preferred.
