Solutions Architect

What you'll be doing: Support the sales effort by working with sales and solutions consultants to define the optimum solution to be proposed, as well as the implementation phase to ensure the correct solution is being delivered. Work with business analysts, solution consultants and clients to identify required functionality. Become subject matter experts on Omni channel ecommerce best practices. Partner with clients and other teams to provide strategic guidance and assistance in getting the most out of the company solution features. Mentor business analysts and implementation specialists to increase the company knowledge base, promote collaboration, and help cultivate new subject matter experts. Liaise with product management & development to identify roadmap items and priorities based on client needs. When necessary, support sales demos and presentations for strategic opportunities.

What your background should be: Minimum 3+ years of experience in designing/defining enterprise-wide Omni channel ecommerce software solutions and retail ecommerce is required. Working knowledge of Omni channel ecommerce best practices. History of becoming the functional subject matter expert for an enterprise class software solution. Able to work efficiently as part of a project delivery team. Highly developed skills in organization, time management, relationship building, and oral and written communications. Strong presentation skills.

Required Schooling / Training: Bachelor degree in business, information technology or related field.
