What you'll be doing

Under direct supervision the candidate is responsible for master data creation and maintenance in support of business processes. Supports projects to analyze, cleanse, enrich and monitor master data elements. Initiates frequent analytics and reporting to support data completion and accuracy and ensures best practices. Participates in root cause analysis including problem definition, investigation and developing correction and prevention processes. Creates and maintains master data to support business processes. Identifies, researches and prioritizes data requests that impacts business performances and processes. Demonstrates experience with data analytics, reporting and problem solving. Develops and implements SQL based reporting leveraging existing tools. Develops and maintains relationships with key internal and external partners. Supports team members in providing well informed coaching or guidance or training. Works with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and solve issues. Supports and participates in activities for SAP release go lives, upgrades or enhancements. Participates in cross functional projects improving accuracy and transactional effectiveness.

What your background should be

1-3 years related business experience. Understands relational databases & has experience with analytical tools such as Access or SQL. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (ex: Word, Excel Power Point). Knowledge of SAP R3. Ability to effectively summarize and communicate information to different audiences. Ability to quickly gather, analyze and summarize data and provide recommendations. Basic understanding of quantitative and statistical principles. Basic understanding of quantitative communication concepts (tables, charts and graphs). Capable of working independently. Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in a fast changing environment. Root cause identification, resolution and troubleshooting, continuous improvement. Support team initiatives, provides leadership. Proven analytic & problem solving skills with a demonstrated focus on leveraging and expanding them. Highly organized and detail oriented. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Able to work in a matrix environment. Self-starter and team player. Facilitation and project management skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
