Electric Vehicle Operations Manager (EVOM)

What you'll be doing: The primary responsibility of the electric vehicle operations manager will be to lead the charge in reaching monthly leaf sales targets. This will include creating and sharing valuable and effective sales and marketing tools for the region and dealers. The candidate will be the subject matter expert of all aspects relating to the product and will be responsible for supporting the dom, fom, lpm and regions in all aspects of ev. Ensure that the dealers within their region are certified to sell and service, and are fully engaged in selling. Support the region and dealers with sales and marketing tools, training, best practices and local events coordination. Proactively seek out any green partnership events and development opportunities. Work hand in hand with dealership fleet managers to proactively seek out fleet opportunities with state and local municipalities. Work closely with the leaf dealers to fine tune the leaf selling processes and monthly advertising. Keep regional and national management informed by preparing reports; making presentations; interpreting information and making recommendations on a continuous basis. Coordinate cross functionally among nna, vendor and dealer personnel to ensure successful ev launch and sustainment. Work closely with dealers to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and assist with the resolution of any customer related issues. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

What your background should be: A minimum of 4 to 5 years of automotive field or dealer contact experience required. Self motivated, action oriented, strong writer and presenter technical proficiencies preferred. Proficiency with ms office outlook, power point, word and excel preferred.
