What you'll be doing
- Drafting and negotiating commercial card client agreements and other related transaction documents. Consulting with internal business partners during client contract negotiations and escalating issues, as appropriate, to the executive director and senior vice president of the commercial card legal team. Counseling and assisting, at both a strategic and a tactical level, the global commercial card business with the structuring and management of private and governmental commercial card customer relationships. Coordinating delivery of legal services with legal department colleagues in the us, canada and emea, and establishing strong internal and external relationships and facilitating co-ordination with other colleagues and across other groups/functions.
What your background should be
Required Schooling / Training
- JD degree from a top-rated law school and member in good standing of the new york (or another appropriate) bar.
