What you'll be doing

This position has direct oversight for all clinical and operational activities as well as financial performance for a multi-state organization encompassing 5 states and 20+ office locations. The vp establishes, communicates, and maintains a vision that reflects the organizations goals, priorities, and appropriate professional standards. The successful candidate will assist the ceo in the aggressive and successful growth of the company, to include creating operational efficiencies through consolidation and mergers. In conjunction with the executive team, this position will develop and implement clinical policies, objectives, and initiatives that are aligned with the strategic goals of the company. The vp will continually assess, measure and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure compliance with established standards and that all patients receive the highest quality care to achieve the desired outcomes. This position will work closely with the vp of business development and other executives to ensure achievement of overall company revenue objectives.

What your background should be

Must be an experienced leader with proven executive management, organizational, and administrative skills. Knowledge of federal, state regulations and requirements that mandate home health and hospice agency functions. Ability to collaborate across multifunctional teams. Skill in preparing and analyzing budgets and financial reports. Multi-state, multi-site experience in hospice is required.

Required Schooling / Training

Graduate from an approved nursing school is required. MBA preferred
