What you'll be doing
- As a sales representative of this national retail program, the candidate will maximize sales in national retail accounts. Position value and create product and brand awareness. Communicate effectively plans features, products and services to a variety of customers. Increase visibility of these wireless products and services. Create first rate customer experiences. Meet or exceed sales goals. Maintain a sound knowledge of specific wireless products and services. Build productive relationships with store personnel. Restock merchandise as needed working with in-store personnel. Represent the market source and the client in a professional manner at all times. Support select retail outlets in an assigned geographical territory. Attend requested training sessions and conference calls. Provide client product and service. Provide customer service consulting at national retail locations. Provide positive reinforcement and adult learning techniques to promote learning and skill improvement. Engage in side by side selling. Maintain sound knowledge of specific wireless products and services. Attend requested training sessions and conference calls. Review new product and service offerings from client. Establish and manage critical relationships with national retail stores. Develop and manage positive business relationships with national retail store management and employees at assigned partner locations. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- One to two years of experience in retail wireless sales preferred. One to two years of customer service oriented, marketing, and event promotion or outside sales experience considered. Possess superior interpersonal and communication skills.
