What you'll be doing

Prepare offer of employment letter and process on boarding event for new hire, provide interview coordination support to recruiting team. Process termination paper work for exiting employee. Complete data entry for change of status information on current employee. Maintain one hundred percent accuracy of all employee records. Demonstrate flexibility in multi-tasking from email to phone inquiries. Participate in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings as necessary to represent the human resource department. Operate and utilize office equipment and software to prepare and maintain HR documents and information. Perform a variety of clerical and administrative function for human resource to include, but not limited to. Handle confidential and time sensitive material, processing document request and filling in for the receptionist. Complete all filing, photo copying, faxing for the HR.

What your background should be

2-3 year's experience as an HR coordinator in a fast paced environment. Experience with HRIS or payroll systems. Superior verbal and written communication. Proficient in MS office products.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree is preferred.
