What you'll be doing
- The hiring company is seeking a it program manager to join its technology team within the retirement technology group. This role is to oversee fatwire content projects from assisting with gathering business requirements through final implementation and handoff. Responsibilities include communication with all partners during the project (including project manager, business analysts, user experience/digital leads, portal developers, fatwire developers, content leads, and business partners) and oversight of all fatwire content design and contribution. The role will also include program management, which includes project financial oversight and resource allocation. Overall responsibilities are program management, financial oversight, resource allocations, project requirement gathering oversight, content management subject matter expert, trouble shooting issues, and providing leadership to the team, and guide & mentor junior level content management associates.
What your background should be
- The applicant with 7 years of web content management (preferably fatwire), managing and leading projects, and implementations from inception through implementation experience leading initiatives required. 5 years of experience managing multiple projects across multiple lines of business simultaneously, resources and scope required. 3 years of managing video content and implementation of video into existing and new web pages, and troubleshooting using cms along with web experience required. Experience liaising between development and business partners, experience writing requirement/functional documents for projects, experience reviewing and approving of requirement/functional docs required. Must know html and working knowledge of css, and understand analytics tagging, and its principle is desired.
