What you'll be doing
- The associate director is responsible to direct and manage the work effort of a team of lead and senior managers; provide leadership and oversight for the teams development of the consistent content platform for mobile, full web and emerging devices in the digital environment. Ensure that full platform migration is in alignment with development capabilities and timeline. Establish and manage relationships with other relevant organizations for aligning, collaborating, gathering and aggregating input required to monitor and assess the current dimensions of content and strategy and to determine future improvements needed. Manage syndication of content and leverage throughout. Define customer kpis and actively monitor results to understand how or to what degree digital support capabilities are proactively assisting customers and calibrate ongoing and post implementation results against value proposition. Leverage data as input into the content, strategy and platform roadmap and product portfolio. Collaborate with and provide leadership to other organizations to share results of what content is working well for customers, to gather input into what opportunities exist for more consistent content in the digital environment and to drive alignment to a cohesive cross channel customer experience. Research and monitor competitive landscape to understand changing customer expectations in website content. Maintain knowledge of innovative products or services and online trends and evolutions as it impacts the vision. Regularly communicate to relevant teams the content, strategy and platform priorities and performance, including projects status, issues, risks and mitigation planning. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Five or more years of experience providing business leadership for complex programs or projects that touch multiple business areas; a highly collaborative environment with multiple teams required. 3 years of experience using data and metrics in problem solving and analysis of issues and driving decisions and results. Experience defining key metrics and reporting needs. 3 years working with projects through a software development lifecycle, defining and providing input into business cases, including defining quantifiable benefits and associated assumptions. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills preferred.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree or masters degree preferred.
