What you'll be doing

The organization is currently looking for an equipment finance documentation specialist. Process transactions as specifically required by job function specifically managing closing of assigned lease transactions. Works under general direction to complete daily work within specified time parameters. Monitor own pipeline and manage client expectations. Interact with clients, LOB teammates and co-workers to process requests and resolve issues. Ensure procedures and controls are being followed and maintained. Perform other duties as assigned by management if required.

What your background should be

Candidate must have three years of experience in related field. The ideal candidate will have ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work on numerous items at one time. Ability to enter data correctly and efficiently is essential. Strong communications skills are a must since this position interacts with all levels of internal and external clients. Attention to detail, time management and problem solving skills are essential.

Required Schooling / Training

BS/BA college degree.
