What you'll be doing

The client partnership team provides day-to-day HR support to the organization and is organized by business unit with a Business Partner leading a team of generalists to support their clients. The work is both strategic and operational in nature, and is done in collaboration and consultation with business unit/client leadership. This position will responsible for Human Capital Planning allocate and deploy human capital to maximize talent investment and drive superior execution. Support the company with workforce planning for all clients. Analyze data and oversee action plans. Talent Management support the client in attraction, development and retention of talent to support achievement of business outcomes. Design and manage the execution of HR processes (performance management, salary planning, education and training, talent assessments/succession, VOICE action planning, etc.). Consult with the client on other talent management needs and develop processes and action plans to drive desired outcomes. People Consulting. Build and maintain effective relationship with client group and leadership, provide HR consultation and recommendations to mid-level/upper level client leadership. Act as a resource to all organizational levels, anticipate client's needs and build necessary tools and communications. Support change management efforts by developing change plans and communications as it relates to business strategy changes impacting jobs or any HR process changes. Take initiative in managing and identifying opportunities for client improvement. Engage in positive partnership with Workforce Relations by providing clients with coaching, training and guidance on Company policies and procedures, compliance, market practices, etc.

What your background should be

5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources preferred. Professional with strong organizational, communication and administrative skills. Strong project management skills. Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of business software preferred. Advanced knowledge of SAP preferred. Excellent facilitation skills. Ability to think conceptually, analytically and creatively. Advanced time management skills including ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and organize. Strong oral and business writing skills. Ability to establish, manage and leverage relationships with internal and external partners. Ability to analyze data and apply it to complex problem resolution

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelors Degree preferred
