Computer Systems Architect

What you'll be doing: The successful candidate will support the vision of remote computing through a combination of gateways and laptops tunneling into the network securely. In order to meet and maintain appropriate service levels, candidate will assist in planning, testing, tuning, configuration and setup of the enterprise architecture as well as supporting common applications. Candidate must have the ability to manage and maintain active directory services infrastructure on re-occurring tasks including, but not limited to: site monitoring, troubleshooting and incident management. Gather required technical knowledge and systems planning support to meet agreed upon availability and uptime requirements guided by service level agreements. Ability to handle troubleshooting, resolution and escalation of active directory services infrastructure and service issues, and software problems that may affect site-up operations for the program. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be: The applicant should have experience in related field. Candidate must possess excellent customer relationship skills. Thorough understanding of Microsoft Windows server operating systems, remote desktop and terminal services. Effective strong team player. Strong and effective customer service skills. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Desired skills ability to handle multiple priorities, stress, detailed work, and deadlines. Must be willing to work flexible hours.
