What you'll be doing

This position involves leading a team of technical employees, specifically with Java. The lead involves in analysis, design, development and support. This role involves participation in users functional requirement studies, collaboration with other teams to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction, architect and design application and ensuring quality of work through QA and code review process. The technical lead will complete all projects on time based on the project planning. Performs other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Experience working with Java in a management role. Strong programming knowledge in these related fields: Java, J2EE, XML. Hands-on experience in software development. Preferred development tool: Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins. Excellent communication skills. Self-initiative to learn and explore.

Required Schooling / Training

BS in computer science.
