What you'll be doing

Provide direction and policy development for the unit. Interact with faculty, students, staff, and the public and conduct ongoing analysis and operational procedures including adaptation of emerging technologies to student program functions. Provide annual strategic planning for the registrars office. Work with associate registrar and IT staff to develop new systems/reports; assure systems interfaces work properly for data transfer. Collaborate with senior assistant dean for student affairs and scholarship committee to select scholarship recipients. Advise deans, faculty, and staff on all matters relating to student records. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Counsel JD students on matters related to school/program requirements. Prepare examinations schedule, including room assignments. Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff. Assign/oversee workload, prepare annual performance evaluations, handle disciplinary matters, and take corrective action.

What your background should be

Experience working with comparable university registrars office. Experience working collaboratively with faculty and senior campus and the company administrators to achieve organizational objectives. Ability to learn new applications/technologies and keep up with emerging technologies applicable to a complex office environment.

Bachelors degree
