What you'll be doing

What your background should be

Six to eight years of experience in strategy, planning or architecture in a large Fortune 100 company or major consulting firm helping to deliver engagements. Candidate should have a hands-on technical background with a solid knowledge and some experience with the following: IT architecture, engineering and operations, IT infrastructure, IT strategy and governance, IT controls, IT organization design, business cases and financial management. IT transformation experience is highly desired. Experience in information security is a plus. Strong experience identifying and addressing client needs; building, maintaining and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections. Experience with one or more architectural or IT frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT) is desired. Exceptional verbal, written communication and presentation skills. Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. Customer-focused mentality to understand and appropriately respond to customers business needs. Must be versatile, flexible and proactive when resolving technical issues and dealing with ambiguity.

Required Schooling / Training

An undergraduate degree, relevant graduate degree; MBA is a plus.
