Senior Account Officer

What you'll be doing: As a senior account officer, the applicant is responsible for assisting and supporting the branch manager in customer service, sales and branch operations of this credit union. S/he is also responsible for fostering the growth of relationships within the credit union. Assist and relieve in various member service functions. Provide superior customer service. Handle customer service problems using established policies and procedures. Assist branch manager with branch personnel issues such as employee counseling, balancing and scheduling. Perform operational functions required to maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines (i.e. member or branch research, monitoring completion of back office duties, reporting, etc.). Support branch management in the branch marketing and sales effort. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be: A minimum of one year experience in the financial industry and lending area is highly valued. Ability to speak fluently in spanish and english required. Ability to operate personal computer and software preferred. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate preferred.
