What you'll be doing
- The position holder will assist with direction of the maintenance workers in absence of the Store Manager. The Assistant Manager will evaluate competition by visiting competing stores; gathering information such as style, quality, and prices of competitive merchandise. The person will prepare sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions. She/he will maintain inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand. Moreover Assistant Manager will help customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.
What your background should be
- 1 year of related experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
