What your background should be
- The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with team members and an exceptional work ethic. Two to three years of experience with a big four public accounting firm. Transaction advisory experience is required CPA is required. Strong current knowledge of United States. Generally accepted accounting principles. Basic knowledge of securities and exchange commission financial reporting issues, international financial reporting standards, mergers and acquisitions. Strong analytical abilities and a fundamental understanding of financial valuation theory, methodologies, and applications are preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to travel fifty percent annually.
