Janitorial/Cleaning Specialist

What you'll be doing: Dusting furniture, walls, blinds, fixtures, etc. Cleaning and disinfecting of bathrooms, water fountains, countertops, sinks, toilets, etc. Heavy sweeping and mopping of floors. Vacuuming and scrubbing of floors. Cleaning of surfaces such as walls, table tops etc. Cleaning of mirrors and glass doors or windows. Cleaning of microwaves and refrigerators. Removal of debris and emptying of trash. Wiping down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, wash interior & exterior window glass. Replenishing supplies such as toilet paper and hand towels. Performing all other duties as assigned by management.

What your background should be: 1 year cleaning or janitorial experience required. Be at least 18 years old. Reliable transportation, auto insurance and a valid driving license. Able to pass a criminal background check, drug test and have no convictions. Verifiable personal and work references. Some work experience as a cleaning professional. Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift items 20 lbs. or more if needed. Must be ok with routine work. Must be interested in long term employment. Must be committed. Must be flexible in taking customer requests. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with client if needed. Must arrive 10 minutes early before shift starts. Must be able and willing to take directions and feedback.
