What you'll be doing
- Responsible for leading a team of sales and service professionals to fulfill and exceed all sales objectives and service targets. Branch Manager will provide coaching, training and development to all staff members, ensuring complete commitment to the Bank's Core Values and overall business goals. The qualified candidate will build a strong focus on external business development and community involvement to attain highest branch growth, profitability and superior name recognition for the Bank. The person will be expected for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives.
What your background should be
- 5 years of banking experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
