What you'll be doing

Clean all apartment turnovers in an agreed upon time frame as set up with the property manager. Typically, apartment turnovers occur between the last day of the month and the first day of the month. The turnovers must be completed in a most pristine manner. Responsible for general maintenance of apartment units including minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, light carpentry, painting and landscaping. Assist in prioritizing all work orders. Assist in scheduling and completing preventive maintenance for buildings and building equipment. Hands-on work of all building repairs, preventative maintenance and general upkeep of the project with special attention to more involved operations. Polish and fluff vacant apartments on a weekly basis. Perform routine light inspection of common areas. Reset breakers and changes switches/outlets plates. Any other duties as assigned.
