Candy/Coffee Specialist

What you'll be doing: As a coffee/candy specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with store manager and assistant store managers in order to create the company environment and ensure the success of the store and department through excellent customer service and a demonstrated passion for food. You will actively engage and educate customers about the variety of coffee, candy and specialty department products. You will demonstrate a high level of integrity with department products, with store employees, and customers. Ensure that company remains focused on creating a wonderful experience for customers. Lead by example and be expected to create a warm and safe environment for all those who visit stores.

What your background should be: Knowledge and experience in a retail environment preferred. Demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills and possess basic math skills for ordering and inventory. This job requires demonstrated multi-tasking skills. Strong merchandising skills are preferred. Demonstrated excellent people skills are required for all positions within the company.
