What you'll be doing
- The small business sales operations specialist will be supporting midatlantic small business sales for employer group customers with 2-99 employees. The employee will be responsible for quoting and installing new business. Candidate must be systems-process and operational oriented. An ability to organize and prioritize, work both independently & in a team environment, as well as able to handle high stress situations and tight deadlines are required. Candidate will be required to provide new business process subject matter expertise. Maintaining internal and external relationships is a must.
What your background should be
- 3+ years of prior experience in healthcare industry. Excellent word processing and computer skills, including Microsoft word and Excel. Keyboarding skills in accordance with work volume and quality requirements. Demonstrated customer service skills in a professional business environment.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED.
