Coordinator

What you'll be doing: Responsible for ensuring that the community based case managers and ctt teams provide quality mental health services, maintain their productivity expectations, and are integrated into the treatment teams within the clinic. Keeps regional directors informed of any issues, concerns, or barriers to providing services. Ensures services are staffed with qualified personnel. Ensures all services are operated in accordance with company's policies and procedures. Provides positive and effective administrative leadership for all service personnel. Ensures clinical supervision occurs and is documented as scheduled. Collaborates with clinic managers to ensure community based therapists are integrated into the treatment teams. Maintains on-going supervision/coaching meeting with leadership team staff (minimum once per month). Completes clinical chart audits as assigned and on time.

What your background should be: The applicant should have experience in related field. Must have good communication skills. Multitasking ability must. Basic computer skills. Microsoft skills.
