What you'll be doing
- The ideal candidate for the General Production Labor (part-time) position will be required to accurately and efficiently conduct a great variety of production duties such as handling work product, tending machines, visual sorting or debagging, packing as well as the other boxroom functions. The basic duties for the General Production Labor (part-time) position include: - Accurate reading of boxes, label, barcodes as well as completion of associated record keeping. - Take responsibility for completely run all the lines of the downstream production, robot and equipment within the area. - Take responsibility for completely running upstream equipments (de-bagger). - Proactively and safely handle all equipment as well as provide timely report regarding safety concerns. - Monitor and maintain quality of processes and products. - Take responsibility for being proactive in preparing and organizing equipment and necessary materials for the future production runs.
What your background should be
- The General Production Labor (part-time) position involves the following qualifications: - Ability to work as well as communicate with the members of the team in the most effective manner. - High School Diploma or egeneral education degree. - From 1 to 2 years of previous applicable experience. - Forklift and pallet jack certified. - Basic Math skills and PC proficiency with ability to master new skills. - Strong self motivation.
